We accept your bookings under following terms and conditions. The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all our services and may be amended from time to time by us. We respect your privacy at all times so all the information provided given to us shall be treated with high confidentiality and will not be used for any other purposes. We therefore encourage you to read it thoroughly before buying or dealing our available products.

Booking

Our booking conditions are as follows:

The booking conditions constitute a legally binding contract between our Company and the client. By booking a package with us, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agree to be legally bound by our booking terms & conditions. Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed in writing to you and a contract becomes binding on the date shown on your confirmation letter or email. It is at this point that a contract between the Company and the Client comes into existence.

Price

Our price are based upon the cost and exchange rates applicable when the brochures and website were recently updated. The company reserves the right to adjust our price. Our company shall carry out everything within its power to minimize the change in price and will only adjust or amend prices in the event of increased exchange rates, fuel cost and other operating cost on which prices are based.

Changes To Your Itinerary

You acknowledge that traveling with Nepal Travel Experience; the itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the tour leader, for safety reasons. Modification to your itinerary may occur because of weather, accessibility of tickets, road conditions, calamities, vehicle breakdown, or any other state of affairs beyond our control. The tour leader may suggest alternative itinerary and or activities for those given in the program for the group to choose.

Passport and Visa

Our clients are required to carry a valid passport with validity of minimum 6 months beyond the duration of the trip and you are also needed to have a valid visa for your booked trip when travelling with Nepal Travel Experience. It shall be your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate visa for your holiday. Our company cannot be held responsible if you are refused entry to the country because you do not have the correct visa and passport documents.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in any of our tour/trip price. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of our clients, we strongly recommend our clients to acquire and obtain an all-inclusive travel insurance package covering natural calamities, trip cancellation, personal accidents, helicopter evacuation, incidents etc. prior to the commencement of your tour. You must also carry a proof of insurance and present it when requested by our employees or suppliers.

Health and Fitness

The client has to notify in writing about their present physical condition at the time of booking with the realistic and truthful information of any medical conditions which may influence your health and fitness while travelling. If you suffer from any harsh medical disorders, or have high blood pressure you are then counseled in opposition to coming on our trips that shall reach high elevations. All travelers over the age of sixty will be required to obtain a medical certificate of fitness. Failure to notify the company at the time of booking about these conditions shall influence the company in charging 100% cancellation fees to the particular client.

Complaints

If you have any complaints regarding your trips or any services provided by our company, you are then obliged to make it known to the group leader of your particular trip as soon as possible. Proper action shall be taken beforehand with adequate support to you. If you feel your complaint has not been appropriately dealt with, then you must let us know in writing within 30 days before the end of your scheduled trip.

Promotional Materials

Nepal Travel Experience reserves the right to take photographs of participants of a tour that may be used for promotional purposes. Participants who would prefer their image not be used must identify themselves to the tour leader at the commencement of a trip on day one of their stay.
